Jaskanwar Batra, MD, Medical Director at the Vermont Department of Mental Health, asks for your help in assisting DMH to understand your concerns and get your suggestions for improving the mental health system of care.
This survey intentionally asks open-ended questions, allowing for detailed explanations of what you see as areas of concern and subsequent improvement. Long waiting times in ED’s is clearly a concern for everyone, but it is only one area for potential improvement. Rather than making assumptions about what you think, we are asking that you provide us with feedback. If you chose to answer this questionnaire with your name (rather than anonymously) it would offer us the opportunity to follow up with you should we have questions.
