Register today for the NAMI Vermont “Mental Illness & Recovery” Workshop! In partnership with Clara Martin Center, NAMI Vermont will host its signature program:

Saturday, January 20th, 9am-4pm

In Bradford, VT

Who Should Attend: Family members, peers and any community residents who want to learn more about mental health issues and recovery. Registration instructions are below.

Attend this one-day workshop where you will learn:

  • Basic facts about the incidence of mental illnesses worldwide;
  • How families and peers cope, including  emotional reactions people have when they or someone they love has a mental illness;
  • How mental health professionals diagnose mental illness;
  • The power of lack of insight and stigma to prevent people from getting the help they need;
  • Definitions and components of recovery, including what recovery is and isn’t;
  • and much more!
