Wednesday, May 16
8:30 am – 4:15 pm
at Champlain College, Burlington

In celebration of our 35th anniversary, NAMI Vermont invites you to join us for this opportunity to network with peers, advocates, family members and mental health providers, learn about the resources and services that are available, and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Visit our Conference Page to Register!

We’ll hear from two inspirational keynote speakers during the conference, including:

Ronald Braunstein is the Co-Founder and Music Director of Me2/Orchestras, the world’s only classical music organization for individuals with mental illnesses. He launched these music ensembles in an effort to erase the stigma surrounding mental illness.

There will also be informative and timely workshops offered throughout the day:

  • Chittenden County Community Outreach Initiative
  • Intentional Peer Support
  • Mental Health Needs of the Geriatric Population
  • Housing Retention/Homelessness Panel Discussion
  • Moving Towards the Elimination of Restraint and Seclusion at CVMC
  • Finding Hope Through Support

The fee (which includes lunch) is $45 for NAMI Members, $80 for Non-Members, and $60/each for Groups of 10+.  Full and partial scholarships are available for low-income peers and family members. This conference will be approved for CEUs for LCMHCs and Social Workers with an additional $10 fee.
