Mental Health Wellness Tips During COVID-19

In the midst of a pandemic like this, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and worried. Many of us find our stress and anxiety levels rising. While we are taking measures to protect our physical health during this time, we should also focus on taking care of our mental health.

Eileen Feliciano, a psychologist from New York State, has shared with her patients and now with the online community a list of 25 mental health wellness tips, including ideas like sticking to a routine, lowering expectations, and taking time daily to move around and be active.
