FREE!!! The Art & Science of Well-Being ©:  Beginning Friday, May 22nd. Please join us for 3 workshops on taking control of your well-being by establishing a healthy work/life routine and staying connected to your supports. Experiential exercises are  included. All workshops are scheduled Fridays, 12:00 – 12:45 PM.

May 29th  How To Use Your New Routine to Decrease Stress/Anxiety
June 5th:   The Art of Staying Connected

The workshops will be facilitated by Stacy Thrall, Certified Health Coach. Stacy is a Board Member for NAMI Vermont and serves on the Advocacy Committee. She is trained in numerous NAMI programs, including In Our Own Voice, Provider, and Mental Illness & Recovery. She serves as the Northeast Kingdom Affiliate Leader and helps organize and promote the many offerings that NAMI Vermont has.
