DESCRIPTION:NAMI Vermont is partnering with South Burlington Public Library once again to bring a FREE mental health outreach presentation to the community! \nJoin us on November 4th\, from 6:00- 7:30 p.m.\, for a night of learning and connection. Our trained volunteer presenters will share their mental health experiences to raise awareness about the impact of mental health conditions\, challenge harmful stereotypes about mental health\, and inspire hope and healing. \nThis is a safe space where participants can ask questions\, talk about their own experiences\, and learn more about local resources. \nThis event is open to the public\, with no registration needed. Feel free to share this opportunity with a close friend\, family member\, or co-worker who may be interested in learning more about mental health. We hope to see you there!
