NAMI Vermont is offering two fall Family-to-Family Classes in 2023. Both classes will be held virtually using Zoom. The course is free, but registration is required in order to attend. Register early to reserve your spot—classes often fill up quickly!

NAMI Family-to-Family is a designated evidence-based program developed for family members, significant others, close friends, and other caregivers of someone who lives with mental illness or mental health challenges. Family-to-Family has been proven to significantly improve coping and problem-solving abilities. Learn information about mental health diagnoses, resources available to you, communication strategies, and more. Teachers are trained NAMI Vermont volunteers who are family members themselves. The class includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises.

Please note that while the classes have teachers based in Southern and Central Vermont, anyone is welcome to register for the class. NAMI Vermont offers Family-to-Family classes twice per year. If you are unable to attend either of the Fall Family-to-Family , join the waitlist for Spring 2024 classes and we will reach out when registration is open.
