Connection Recovery Support Groups are free, peer-led, and offer an opportunity to share your experiences and gain support from other group members. Connection Recovery Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need. New Connection Support Groups Available in St. Albans & St. Johnsbury

The St. Albans Connection Support Group starts on June 15 and meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. The St. Johnsbury Connection Support Group begins on June 19 and meets every Wednesday.

We are doing our best to bring mental health support to all communities. Thanks to everyone who has helped us move closer to that vision.

These Peer-led support groups are tailored to people who are struggling with mental health and need a supportive and safe environment to share their stories with people who care.
