Time to have some fun! Each day from September 1 to our NAMIWalks Day on October 3, we’ll offer a fun activity for you to check out. These inspiring activities for your spirit, mind and body include mindful and self-care activities, delicious fall recipes to try, fun crafts to attempt, physical activities to get your heart pumping and spirit soaring, and exercise for a stronger mind!
