At NAMI Vermont, we believe in the power of sharing personal stories. NAMI In Our Own Voice Presenter Training offers individuals living with mental health conditions a chance to share their experiences in a supportive environment. If you’re interested in this training, here’s what you need to know: it consists of two parts: you’ll first complete an online self-paced module, followed by an in-person session where you get to practice presenting in front of an audience.
Why Join Us?
- Learn from Peers: Engage with others who have walked similar paths.
- Build Confidence: Gain skills to share your story constructively, helping to break down stigma and educate those around you.
- Make Meaningful Connections: Find support and community among fellow participants.
