NAMI Vermont is launching new connection support groups in St. Albans and St. Johnsbury. These groups offer a safe and supportive space specifically designed for individuals living with mental health conditions to connect and thrive in their community.

In St. Albans, the support group will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays starting June 15th, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the First Congregational Church, 27 Church Street.

Similarly, the St. Johnsbury support group will meet every Wednesday starting June 19th, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Universalist Unitarian Meeting House, 47 Cherry Street.

Both groups follow a structured format to ensure everyone has an opportunity to be heard and supported. Whether attending for the first time or being a regular participant, individuals will find a sense of belonging and empowerment from sharing their stories.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our St. Albans or St. Johnsbury groups, join us. Together, we navigate mental health with strength, resilience, and solidarity.
