New Hybrid Arlington Family Support Group

arlington family support group

Do you have a loved one living with a mental health condition? Consider joining a NAMI Family Support Group, where you can share your story with people who truly understand what you’re going through. NAMI Family Support Groups are free and confidential, offering a safe place to express your experiences free of judgment. Facilitated by volunteers who have their own loved ones facing mental health challenges, these groups help you learn how to support your loved one while prioritizing your own well-being.

As part of NAMI Vermont’s mission to expand mental health support across the state, we’re pleased to introduce the Arlington Family Support Group. This group meets every third Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and is available both in person at the Martha Canfield Library and virtually for those who prefer to join remotely.

– No registration is required—just show up! The virtual meeting link can be found on our Family Support Group webpage.

– Visit namivt.org/support-groups/family-support for details about the group and how to access the virtual option.

– In case of holiday closures or emergencies, please check our website calendar for the latest updates.
