About Family-to-Family
NAMI Family-to-Family is an 8-week designated evidence-based program that is proven to significantly improve the coping and problem-solving abilities of parents, siblings, spouses, teenage and adult children, and significant others of people living with a mental health condition.
NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by trained family members who have been there and includes workshops, presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises. Classes are scheduled in the spring and fall and meet virtually once a week for 8 weeks, 2.5 hours in the evening.
