Are you looking for more information about a loved one’s mental health condition? What about guidance on how to care for yourself while also supporting them? NAMI Vermont is offering two great programs for you this fall: Family-to-Family and Basics.

Family-to-Family is a free, 8-week program designed to provide families with the tools and resources to better understand mental health and support their loved ones.
Participants can choose between the Thursday and Wednesday courses. The Thursday course starts September 25 and meets each Thursday evening from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. The Wednesday course starts October 8 and meets each Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Classes are free and virtual to allow us to reach the greatest number of people across the state!
NAMI Basics is a free, six-week virtual educational program designed to help families support a young loved one with mental health needs. Led by trained volunteers with lived experience, this interactive format equips participants with essential skills and tools to effectively advocate for their child in both school and mental health systems.
Classes will start September 30 and meet every Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 9:00 PM through November 4. Connect with others, gain valuable insights, and learn about valuable resources!
