Fall Family-to-Family Classes

NAMI Family-to-Family

NAMI Vermont is offering two fall Family-to-Family classes in 2026! Both classes are accessible virtually via Zoom. While these courses are free, registration is required in order to attend. Register early to reserve your spot—classes often fill up quickly!

NAMI Family-to-Family is an 8-week evidence-based program for family members, significant others, close friends, and caregivers of loved ones who live with mental health challenges. Family-to-Family has proven to significantly improve coping and problem-solving abilities. Learn information about mental health diagnoses, resources available to you, communication strategies, and more. Teachers are trained NAMI Vermont volunteers who are family members themselves. The class includes presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises.

Please note that while the classes have teachers based in Southern and Central Vermont, anyone is welcome to register for a class. NAMI Vermont offers Family-to-Family classes twice per year. If you are unable to attend either of the fall Family-to-Family classes, join the waitlist for spring 2027 classes, and we will reach out when registration is open!
