Ernie & Joe: Crisis Cops Documentary – Feb. 27 – 6:00–8:00 pm

Join us for a free community event at the Playhouse Theater on Main Street in Randolph for Orange County as we share a 25-minute excerpt of the Emmy award-winning HBO documentary “Ernie & Joe: Crisis Cops” followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. The documentary is an intimate portrait of two officers from the San Antonio Police Department’s Mental Health Unit who are helping to change the way police respond to mental health calls. A panel discussion and Q&A with a local law enforcement officer (invited), a clinician at Clara Martin Center, and a person with lived experience will follow the screening. Concessions will be available at the event. This special FREE event is co-sponsored by: Gifford Medical Center, Vermont Care Partners, Clara Martin Center, Capstone, Randolph Recovery Support Team, St. John’s Church, Vital Communities, Orange County Restorative Justice Center, Kimball Public Library, Team Two Vermont, and NAMI Vermont.
